On October 31, People’s Daily Overseas Edition reported that Qingjian (Singapore) won a number of important awards, such as “Green Mark Gold Award” as the highest award in green buildings of Singapore, “Construction Excellence Award” and “Construction Productivity Award ---Gold” issued by Building and Construction Authority (BCA), “Construction Award” issued by Housing Development Board (HDB). 

The report reviewed the development course of Qingjian Group in Singapore. Over the past ten years, Qingjian has passed the Singapore international QE and OSHMS certification, and upgraded the qualifications from original C3 level to the highest A1 level. In 2012, the annual construction value exceeded 2.5 billion Yuan, enabling Qingjian to rank the 5th among Singapore fellow traders and rank the 2nd among Chinese-funded enterprises. In 2012, Qingjian ranked the 4th in Singapore for the residential sales. In 2013, Qingjian implemented the project of China Cultural Center in Singapore as general contractor, currently this project goes well.
