On May 21, the Company signed a donation agreement with Qingdao University. Board Chairman & CEO Du Bo and President Zhang Zhihua respectively signed the relevant agreements with President Wang Anmin and Vice-president Du Fangbo of Qingdao University.

According to the donation agreement, Guoqing Holding Group will donate 3 million Yuan as the student subsidies and faculty scholarship of Qingdao University; the donation time is from 2013 to 2017, with 600 thousand Yuan donated each year. The student subsidies are used to reward full-time outstanding students of Qingdao University and subsidize full-time orphan students; the faculty scholarship is used to reward those teachers with outstanding achievement.

The corporate leaders, including Zhu Guangjun, Zhao Shunting, Liu Shuhong and Cao Shujian, attended the signing ceremony.
