The occupation of Ecopolitan common management apartment project is 18747.8 square meters, the construction area is 75043 square meters. The project is planned as 8 residential buildings of 16 layers and total units are 512. The project is also furnished with club, swimming pool and gymnasium as ancillary facilities. The project won the tender which was publicly organized by Singapore Housing Bureau in September, 2012 and will be finished in 2016.

The project is located on Punggol road in the new city of Punggol in the northeast of Singapore. The transportation is convenient, and it is close to the high speed road as well as it takes only 8 minutes to walk to Punggol subway station. You can arrive at the shopping, entertainment and food centers, such as Orchard road and Serangoon NEX shopping center, etc. by subway. Punggol shopping center Waterway point will be finished in 2015 and this shopping center covers dining and entertainment as a whole which will enhance the general development level of the region.
