The Riverparc Residence common management apartment project is the first common management project in Singapore. The occupation area is 15700 square meters, the construction area is 75000 square meters. The project is planned as 7 residential buildings of 18 layers and total units are 504. The project is also furnished with club, swimming pool and gymnasium as ancillary facilities. The project won the tender which was publicly organized by Singapore Housing Bureau in September, 2010 and will be finished in the second season of 2014.

The project is located at the connection of Punggol passageway/east Punggol in the new city of Punggol in the northeast of Singapore. The transportation is convenient, it takes only 2 minutes to walk to Kadaloor light rail station. You can arrive at the shopping, entertainment and food centers, such as Orchard road and Serangoon NEX shopping center, etc. by taking this light rail.
