The occupation of Waterbay common management apartment project is 13241.8 square meters, the construction area is 49325 square meters. The project is planned as 6 residential buildings of 17 layers and total units are 383. The project is also furnished with club, swimming pool and gymnasium as ancillary facilities. The project won the tender which was publicly organized by Singapore Housing Bureau in April, 2012 and will be finished in 2016.
