The occupation of Riversound Residence high grade private apartment project is 19549.2 square meters, the construction area is 81000 square meters. The project is planned as 6 residential buildings of 18 layers and total units are 590. The project is also furnished with club, swimming pool and gymnasium as ancillary facilities. The project won the tender which was publicly organized by Singapore Urban Reconstruction Authority in June, 2011 and will be finished in 2015.
