The occupation of River Isles high grade private apartment project is 20256.1 square meters, the construction area is 80830 square meters. The project is planned as 9 residential buildings of 17 layers and total units are 610. The project is also furnished with club, swimming pool and gymnasium as ancillary facilities. The project won the tender which was publicly organized by Singapore Urban Reconstruction Authority in November, 2011 and will be finished in 2016.
