Natura loft DBSS project is the first real estate project developed by Qingjian in Singapore. The occupation of the project is 15218.5 square meters, construction area is about 72000 square meters. The project is composed of 3 residential building of 40 layers, total units are 480. The project won the tender which was publicly organized by Singapore Housing Bureau in February, 2008 and was finished in August, 2011.

The project is located on No. 24 street, Bishan district in central Singapore. There are many famous schools around the project, such as Catholic high school and Raffles institution, etc.; transportation and shopping is very convenient, it takes only 7 minuter to walk to the Bishan subway station and shopping centers.
