Qingjian Group Co., Ltd (which is called Qingjian Co., Ltd for short) was established in 1952 and was the first general constructing project enterprise for house construction of the top grade. The company had devoted itself to the construction industry for more than 60 years and has awarded the highest quality prize in China-16 Luban Awards, 2 Zhantianyou Awards and 6 awards of national excellent project. It had been contracted to construct key projects of the nation and Qingdao in each period such as Monument to the People‘s Heroes, Chairman Mao Merorial Hall, Huanghai Restaurant, Office Building for Municipal Authorities in Qingdao, Exhibition Center in Shandong Province, Liuting Airport, Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center, Qingdao Grand Theater and so on.       

Qingjian Co., Ltd has introduced the excellent performance management system which is relatively early in the industry. In 2005, it became the third construction enterprise to be awarded the “National Quality Management Prize”, which was the basis for the company to establish “Five Integrated Standards” system. Thus, the management foundation of the development of the enterprise has been established.     

Qingjian Co., Ltd owns the only nation-level technique center in Shandong which is also advanced in the whole country, the scientific research station of post-doctors and has acquired two second-class prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award and seven nation-level construction methods.
