The construction area of the building is 78873 square meters, it was successively named 1998 Luban Prize of China Construction Engineering, prize of Shandong superior project, “Mount Tai Cup” of Shandong Construction Engineering Prize and Luban Prize of China Construction Engineering and Qingdao Excellent Template Project.
