Qingdao International Olympic Sailing Center is located on No. 1 yan’erdao Road, Shinan District, Qingdao city, the project concludes Olympic town project, athlete center project, land area parking lot basement project, logistics center project and media center project. This project started in August, 2004 and finished in June, 2006. The project is the large deep foundation excavation project with the complex geological conditions and short construction duration, large scale, high quality and high social awareness. The project has won the honors of  “Qingdao Standardized Demonstration Sites ”, “Shandong Safety Civilized Demonstration sites”, “First Prize in the Nomination of Shandong Quality Management Achievement”, “National Construction New Technology Application Demonstration Project” and 2008 Luban Prize of State Construction Engineering, etc.
